Faruk Kugay and ENEOS at Raceworz Sonoma 2022

Event season is heating up and ENEOS is on a mission to support our brand ambassadors and partners around the country. We recently visited Sonoma Raceway, home track for our very own Faruk Kugay and event space for Raceworz, a two-day party centered around two motorsports we love dearly: drifting and drag racing.

We happily set up camp alongside where Faruk displayed his amazing F20-powered BMW E30. This was the first one the car had appeared in a public setting since last year’s SEMA Show debut. To celebrate its appearance, Raceworz attendees had a chance to score new ENEOS merch featuring the Honda-powered E30!

We’ll have opportunities for fans to get some merchandise for yourself if you were unable to make it to Raceworz, so be on the lookout.

Although he was helping to organize the event, Faruk snuck in a few drifting hot laps around the famous course in his S13 drift car, sliding around various turns of Sonoma Raceway and entertaining the crowds.

We couldn’t have asked for a more fun weekend at Raceworz…thanks to perfect weather, Faruk throwing down drift demos, a chance to see his E30 up close, and most importantly to those who attended and visited the ENEOS booth!
