VIDEO: Faruk Kugay Takes F20-powered BMW E30 to SEMA
Anyone who’s built a project car for SEMA can tell you horrifying stories about the 11th hour completion and how it’s never easy. ENEOS ambassador and pro drifter Faruk Kugay quickly learned the terrible truth this year attempting to finish his E30 BMW prepped for the world’s greatest aftermarket automotive convention.
Through the entire process, his DEVSPEED shop crew and car industry friends helped him complete the F20 engine conversion, Pandem widebody aero, and so much more finally came to fruition, and the results showed gloriously in Las Vegas at the ENEOS booth!
Watch Faruk’s video below to get a behind-the-scenes look at the final days leading up to the 2021 SEMA Show, and give everyone their props for creating such a fantastic vehicle!
Additionally, Larry Chen highlighted Faruk’s E30 for the Hoonigan AutoFocus series following the SEMA Show, and really goes in depth with Faruk about the build details. Like the rest of us, Larry is equally excited to see the engine fired up and plans to get some seat time later down the road once ready. You can watch the full video below:
Look out for a full feature on Faruk’s E30 soon!
