This weekend, the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series completed three nights in the Lone Star State. Kyle Larson Racing and Shane Stewart competed at Cotton Bowl Speedway in Paige, Texas Thursday night before heading to the Series’ birthplace, Devil’s Bowl Speedway in Mesquite, Texas, for the two-night of Texas Outlaw Nationals.
“Saturday night was a great rebound for my DC Solar guys,” said Bixby, Okla., native Stewart. “I can’t thank Lee [Stauffer], Heath [Moyle], Jakob [Weaver] and Paul [Silva] enough for all of the work they continue to put into our No. 2 car. Devil’s Bowl never disappoints, it’s such a unique track and it’s close to my hometown. With our schedule, I don’t get many opportunities to come home or race in front of friends and family, so it was great to have them here this weekend and get a good result.”
